Welcome to Access Center! Access Center
Physical Therapy was founded in 2004 to bring back completely dedicated patient care to Sports Rehabilitation and Physical
Therapy. At Access Center you get to work one-on-one with your therapist to tailor your rehabilitation to your
unique injury. During your individual sessions you will have plenty of time to learn and discuss how to create
a program that works with your lifestyle.      At Access Center Physical Therapy,
we treat the whole person, not just your injury. From teaching you the basic knowledge of proper therapeutic
exercise to addressing those underlying issues that may have contributed to it, to advanced care and maintenance,
you will leave Access Center Physical Therapy with a greater understanding of how to continue to improve your active
quality of life. Here you will experience therapy with a full hour of direct care from your therapist.
We never have 15 minute intervals and rotating therapists or treatment by aides or assistants. The
care you pay for is 100% dedicated to you by a licensed physical therapist.
